Process

Designed around your operating reality.

01 — ScopeDefine the business problem, systems, stakeholders, constraints, and success measures.
02 — DiscoverReview approved materials and interview the people who create and use institutional knowledge.
03 — DesignDevelop the schema, governance model, implementation options, and decision record.
04 — DeliverPresent an actionable roadmap with ownership, sequencing, and measurable acceptance criteria.

Operating principles

Confidentiality begins before the first document.

Least data necessary

Discovery starts with metadata and process context. Sensitive source material is requested only when it is necessary and contractually approved.

Client-controlled access

We prefer client-owned systems and time-bounded access. A future portal will undergo a separate security review before handling client documents.

Human-owned decisions

Tools can support analysis, but access decisions, governance policy, and professional judgments remain with authorized people.

This public site has no login, upload, tracking, or payment form. Do not email privileged, regulated, personal, or otherwise confidential information before a written engagement and secure exchange method are in place.

Start with context, not documents

Tell us what is hard to find or govern.

Email a non-confidential summary of your goals, organization type, and desired timeline. We will respond with fit and next steps.
